6th Annual Panhandle Pride


The 6th Annual Panhandle Pride will be held on Saturday, July 25th, 2020 at Frank Park in Scottsbluff, NE from 11:00am to 3:00pm. This event will showcase local and regional entertainment, family-friendly activities, free food and numerous community business/organization booths.

There are many ways to get involved with Panhandle Pride. Review all those ways below:

Setup A Booth at Pride

As Western Nebraska’s only LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay bisexual, transgender, queer) Pride event, Panhandle Equality would like to invite you to setup an informational booth at our 6th Annual Panhandle Pride event. Panhandle Pride attracts a diverse audience and our community is very brand loyal to those businesses and organizations that are supportive and welcoming. Having an informational booth at Panhandle Pride not only provides exposure for your business or organization to the LGBTQ+ community and their allies, but is also critical for our community to be able to find resources that are welcoming and safe.

Enter the Panhandle Pride Talent Show
This year (2020) is the 3rd year Panhandle Equality is hosting the Panhandle Pride Talent Show

Talent Show Guidelines:
  • Acts must be between 3-5 minutes in length.
  • Participants must provide their own props, costumes, instruments, etc. (Exception: two (2) microphones and a sound system will be provided).
  • All music, dialogue, dance moves, etc. must be family-friendly.
  • Group performances are welcome, but each group member must complete a separate application to participate.
  • All participants who submit an application are giving their consent to be photographed for publicity and organization purposes.
  • All participants under 19 years old must have a parent sign the Parental Consent portion of the application.

The talent show is open to the public (LGBTQ+ and allies), but participants must complete an application to be considered. The application can be completed online by clicking on the icon below:
